NAME (and Twitter if you have one)

Hello from The Enginabler. Well, that’s the pseudonym I’ve adopted for this blog and its origins are explained in the first post here: https://the-enginabler.com/ and my twitter is  https://twitter.com/Janusxuk, which is my pseudonym from when Informed Consent was a website and Fetlife hadn’t started. Oh yes, I remember when all this were fields, well the back pages of Loot and Exchange & Mart you know.

If you know me from Twitter or IC, you’ll also know I usually go by He / Him, but not always. It’s bloody complicated.

Tell us 3 things you are most looking forward to at Eroticon 2019

I’m looking forward to putting faces to twitter profiles and meeting new people. Which is an odd thing for any introvert to say but particularly this one, so if you see a tall bloke on his own looking lost & shy that’ll be me; I’d love you to come and say hi.

I’m also looking forward to making more sense of where I find myself now. The part of Twitter I find myself in can be quite voyeuristic and I’m not always comfortable with that side of me. Still I got over “boys don’t hit girls” quick enough when I first started topping & Domming (oh yeah, that’s a story for several gins) so I’m sure this too will pass.

I’m also looking forward to Eye’s birthday, but not so much the morning after…

There’s so many to pick, but I think it has to be “I’ve never met a girl like you before” by Edwyn Collins. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DZn0lDglMI I love that it captures the energy and feeling you get when you click sexually with a person & it just makes me want to strut! (see introversion above, someone drag me on the dance floor please…)

What is your favourite item or book you’ve purchased so far this year?

It would be the Lego Forma. I’ve loved Lego since I was a kid and this is an interesting take on mindfulness, which I get from Lego generally anyway. I hope they do more. It’s ok, you don’t need to back away; I’m done talking about Lego now J

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it? Sushi? Scotch Tape?

Lego. Ohhh. Ok, books then, does that sound better?

What is your favourite quote from a movie?
